Comprehensive Calculator for Court Costs and Ancillary Legal Fees in Iran

Access Link: dadlist.ir/hazine

Unlike the previous tool, which was primarily designed for lawyers, this calculator is built so that the general public and business owners, alongside legal professionals, can obtain an accurate estimate of court costs and associated fees before filing a lawsuit or pursuing a case in Iran.

All calculations in this tool are completely up-to-date and based on the official judicial tariff tables outlined in the Iranian National Budget Law of 1405 (Note: The Iranian calendar year 1405 corresponds to 2026-2027).

The interface is designed as a step-by-step process (complete with a progress bar) to help you easily calculate fees in the following areas without any complexity:

⚖️ Civil Matters: Calculating the cost of filing financial claims (at the first instance, appeal, and Supreme Court stages) and non-financial claims.

📋 Enforcement of Civil Judgments: Calculating the costs for the enforcement of financial, non-financial, and temporary judgments, as well as third-party objections.

🔒 Criminal Matters: Costs for filing criminal complaints, appeals, objections to prosecutorial orders, and retrials.

🏛️ Court of Administrative Justice: Estimating the cost of submitting petitions to the primary and appellate branches of the Court. (Note: This is the highest administrative court in Iran, dealing with citizens' complaints against government agencies and public institutions).

🏦 Bounced Checks & Blocked Accounts: Precise calculation of the costs for criminal complaints regarding bounced checks (based on the check amount).

💻 Sana System Services: Information on the tariffs for electronic judicial services. (Note: "Sana" is the mandatory electronic platform used by the Iranian Judiciary for registering individuals and delivering official legal notifications).

📎 Other Costs: Including paper fees, file copying costs, issuance of certificates, serving official legal notices (Ezharnameh), etc.

For your peace of mind, I have included a legal documents download section on the same page. You can directly download and read the official PDF of the "Judicial Service Tariffs from the 1405 Budget Law."

As always, since these tools have been coded and developed individually under recent high-pressure circumstances, I kindly ask that if you encounter any issues, bugs, or discrepancies with the legal tables while using the tool, please let me know so I can fix them immediately.

I hope this tool helps reduce the stress of calculating the financial aspects of your legal cases. I will be introducing more tools in future posts.
