The Dadlist website (dadlist.ir) is an extension I designed to help esteemed lawyers manage their case files more easily and systematically.
Given the current internet situation in the country and the restrictions we all face in carrying out our daily tasks, I decided to develop a set of supplementary and entirely free tools alongside the main extension. My hope is that, in these difficult times, these tools will make some legal and administrative tasks a bit easier for you. I plan to introduce these tools one by one in a series of posts.
The attorney fee calculation tool is fully developed based on the "Bylaw on Tariff for Attorney Fees, Consultation Fees, and Travel Expenses of Attorneys-at-Law approved in 2019 (1398)" under Iranian regulations. It can instantly perform the following calculations for you:
Accurate calculation of the attorney fee.
Calculation of the tax stamp amount the lawyer is required to cancel.
Breakdown and determination of the Bar Association (or Center) share and the Support Fund share.

To be completely honest, the development of these tools took place exactly during these turbulent and stressful times of war and ongoing pressures. Therefore, despite all my care, it is possible that I might have missed something and a specific calculation might not align perfectly with the bylaw. I kindly ask you to report any discrepancies you might notice so I can fix them as quickly as possible.
